Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the date your order was placed for your order to ship.
If you have not received a tracking number by the 15th business day, please contact us.
We are unable to accommodate expedited shipping requests at this time. We are not responsible for failing to meet requests outside of the 7 to 14 business day time frame.
We ship using the address provided on House of Johnson website please verify that the information is accurate.
Returned orders will be reshipped at your expense

Coupons can be used on new orders only. Coupons can not be applied to old orders.
All sales are final. If your not happy with the size or item we will exchange or provide a store credit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement, free of charge.
